Booking & Payment Policy

To secure a reservation at Jala Villas, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been received.

The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Bookings made within 60 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Modification Policy

Due to our remote location and the advance planning required for staffing, provisioning and transport logistics:

• All payments are strictly non-refundable

• Date changes or booking modifications are not permitted

• No refunds or credits will be issued for early departures, no-shows, or unused nights

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, delays and unforeseen travel disruptions.

Transport & Weather Conditions

Jala Villas is located in a remote island destination where transport is dependent on ocean and weather conditions.

• No refunds, credits or date changes will be issued due to ferry cancellations, delays or schedule changes caused by weather, sea conditions, mechanical issues or third-party transport providers.
